With over 20 years of experience, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to identify problem areas and develop opportunities for growth and understanding. I help clients explore the interactions among thoughts, feelings, and behavior in order to identify barriers to achieving life goals.
